Return and Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 17 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a retrun/exchange.
EXCHANGES
- your item must be unused
- in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted :

Any item not in its original new condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed

- Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

To exchange your product, you should first find the appropriate shipping address by emailing mulayoga1@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs for the exchange item being sent out. Shipping costs for reshipments may vary from original purchase shipping price.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
